Where we ship
We ship from our warehouse in Spain to all 27 EU member states.
For orders to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, please note that these territories fall outside the EU customs and VAT area. Your order may be subject to local import taxes (IGIC/IPSI) and customs handling fees, which are the customer's responsibility. Estimated delivery times may also be longer.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding Spanish public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next working day.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation and tracking details by email once your order leaves our warehouse.
Delivery times
Standard delivery across Europe typically takes 7–15 working days from dispatch, depending on your destination and product.
Delivery times shown on individual product pages take precedence where stated, as availability can vary by item. Larger or heavier items (such as heat pumps and pool robots) may require freight delivery, in which case the carrier will contact you to schedule a time slot.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination, the items in your cart, and the chosen delivery method. Final costs are shown before you confirm your order.
Delivery address and risk
Orders are delivered to the address you provided at checkout, or to the nearest available service point if you have authorised collection there.
Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to your address or service point.
If a delivery fails because the address is incorrect, the recipient is unavailable after multiple attempts, or the package is refused without cause and is returned to us, the shipping and return-handling fee will be deducted from any refund issued.
Damaged or missing packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery or note the damage on the carrier's delivery slip, and contact us at info@safepool.es as soon as possible — ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with photos. Prompt notice helps us file a claim with the courier, but it does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer.
If a package shows as delivered but you have not received it, contact us at info@safepool.es and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
Returns and cancellations
Returns, refunds, and your right of withdrawal are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which sets out:
- your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal under EU law,
- our voluntary 30-day extended return window,
- the procedure for faulty or incorrect items,
- the 3-year statutory conformity guarantee, and
- exceptions for custom-built products.
