Safe Smart Pool S.L. operates as an online retailer selling products to private customers. All prices displayed in our online store include applicable value-added tax (VAT). We reserve the right to make changes to product prices and shipping fees at any time.
Products are purchased through our online store by adding items to the shopping cart and completing the checkout process. By placing an order, the customer agrees to comply with these terms and conditions as well as any other policies currently in effect.
Customer Information & Privacy
All customer data is handled confidentially. Contact information provided during checkout is used exclusively for processing orders, delivering products, or resolving order-related matters.
Payment Methods
We accept secure payments via credit and debit cards, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Visa Electron, and Mastercard, as well as PayPal. All card payments are processed through secure and trusted payment providers.
Order & Payment Confirmation
Once an order has been successfully placed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that a valid and correct email address is entered.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times typically range from 7 to 15 days, depending on the product. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure) or for any indirect damages resulting from such delays.
Exchanges & Returns
Customers have the right to exchange or return all or part of their order within 30 days of receiving the delivery. This right applies only to unused products that are in resalable condition.
To initiate a return, customers must contact us via email at info@safepool.es. After notification, the product must be returned within 30 days. The returned package must include the customer’s name and contact details. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the return has been received and approved, the refund will be processed within 5 days. The return address will be provided by email.
Problem Situations & Damaged Items
Defective or incorrect products may be returned or exchanged. If a package arrives damaged, the issue must be reported via email to info@safepool.es within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
