Chlorine granules, tablets or undissolved chemical products must not be added to the pool while the pool robot is operating. Direct contact between undissolved chemicals and the robot's filter bag/mesh will damage it, and that damage is not covered under warranty.

Always let chemicals fully dissolve before running the robot.

Orders are shipped via SENDAGO with an estimated delivery time of 7–15 business days from the date of purchase. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination — we don't offer free shipping.

Customers have the right to return a product within 30 days of receiving the order. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition with original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Once we receive and approve your return, refunds are processed within 5 days to the original payment method.

For defective or incorrect items, contact us within 24 hours of delivery — we'll provide a replacement at no additional cost.
